📦 Orders & Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, and once you receive a tracking number, delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 10–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 7–9 business days
2. How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Use it to track the shipment progress.
3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us immediately at care@woolisi.com.au
💰 Payments & Discounts
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Note: Afterpay is not available at this time.
5. Can I use more than one discount code?
No. Only one promo or discount code can be applied per order unless specified.
6. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards can be purchased through our website.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, only for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
8. How do I request a return?
Send an email to care@woolisi.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the return instructions.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
10. Are there any deductions for cancelled or in-transit orders?
Yes.
- If you cancel your order before dispatch, a fulfillment processing fee may be deducted.
- If your order has been fulfilled but is still in transit and you request a refund, the shipping cost, handling fee, and the value of the product may be deducted from the refund amount.
