Welcome to Woolisi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites at woolisi.com.au and woolisi.com (collectively, "the Website"), as well as any purchases you make through our store.
By accessing our Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Woolisi.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase from our store.

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

Payments

All prices displayed on our Website are in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The following pricing terms apply:

- ✦Promotional Prices: Discount codes and promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
- ✦Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
Placing Orders
Orders & Order Confirmation
When you place an order on our Website, the following process and conditions apply:
- ✦Order as Offer: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email and the payment is successfully processed.
- ✦Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review it immediately and contact us if there are any errors.
- ✦Order Cancellation by Customer: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at care@woolisi.com.au. Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been dispatched for fulfillment.
- ✦Right to Cancel by Woolisi: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or policy violations — with a full refund issued promptly.
- ✦Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Woolisi is not liable for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate address information provided at checkout.
Delivery
Shipping, Delivery & Processing Times
We work with trusted fulfillment and logistics partners to deliver your orders. The following terms apply to all shipments:
- ✦Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays.
- ✦Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
- ✦Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
- ✦International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- ✦Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at care@woolisi.com.au. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
- ✦Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier. Woolisi is not responsible for loss or damage after the order has been dispatched, but we will assist in resolving carrier-related issues where possible.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund conditions carefully:

- ✦ Items received damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description
- ✦ Wrong item or wrong size sent due to our error
- ✦ Requests raised within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence provided
✗ Not Eligible for Return
- ✦ Change of mind, incorrect size ordered by customer (where size guide was available)
- ✦ Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered after delivery
- ✦ Requests raised after 30 days of confirmed delivery
To initiate a return or refund, email care@woolisi.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 14 business days.
Ownership
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Woolisi Website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product images, text, graphics, designs, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of Woolisi or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws worldwide.
- ✦ You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from our Website without prior written permission from Woolisi.
- ✦ The Woolisi name and logo are trademarks of Woolisi. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- ✦ You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our Website for personal, non-commercial use only.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. For customers in other countries, mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may also apply.
Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at care@woolisi.com.au to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing formal action. We commit to responding to all disputes within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings. Any unresolved legal proceedings shall be subject to the courts of Australia.
