Can you see through them when I bend over?
No. That's the whole trick. They look sheer, so from a step away people read bare leg, but the fabric is fully opaque. Bend, sit, cross your legs, stand in bright daylight. Nothing shows.
Can I wear them on their own?
Yes — you're fully covered, so it's entirely your call. That said, most women wear them under something: a skirt, shorts, a midi dress, or jeans as a thermal layer.
Which size should I order?
Open the Size Guide next to the size picker for the full chart. If you're between two sizes, pick the smaller one for a tighter fit or the bigger one for more room. They stretch a lot and will fit an inside leg up to 102 cm (40").
Are they tall-girl friendly?
Very. They stretch to a 102 cm (40") inside leg, so even at 6'2" you've got room to spare. Over 5'10", go up one size and the waistband won't give up halfway.
Can I wear them outside in winter?
That's exactly what they're built for. The fleece lining holds heat down to around 0°C, so you can wear a dress in January. It still breathes, so you're not roasting the moment you step into a warm room.
Will they make my legs look bigger?
No. The fleece is brushed thin and dense rather than thick and fluffy, so you get the warmth without the bulk. They fit comfortably under jeans and trousers.
Will they ladder or rip easily?
Not like ordinary tights. The knit is thick and dense, and very stretchy. Roll them on rather than yanking, mind sharp rings and long nails, and they'll last you winter after winter.
Will they go bobbly after a few washes?
Not if you wash them cold and inside out. The fleece is brushed rather than looped, so it doesn't pill the way cheap thermal linings do.
Do they itch or feel scratchy?
Not even slightly. The lining is brushed fleece — think favourite blanket, not scratchy jumper. There's no wool in them, so they're fine on sensitive skin.
Do they bunch or sag at the ankles?
No. The foot is built in with no ankle seam, so they hug all the way down to your toes. No baggy ankles, no bunching behind the knee, no pulling them up every ten minutes.
Will the waistband roll down?
The high-rise sculpting band smooths your middle and stays put as you move. If you'd like it firmer, go down a size.

How do I wash them?
Turn them inside out, cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with similar colours, then hang to dry. No bleach, no fabric conditioner, no hot tumble drying.
