Before Shipping
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your order for dispatch. Processing includes verifying your order, quality checking, packaging, and handing over to our shipping partner.
- ✦Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of dispatch.
- ✦Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) local time may begin processing the following business day.
- ✦Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- ✦Confirmation Email: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Stay Updated
Order Tracking
We believe in full transparency. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
- ✦ Check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within the processing timeframe.
- ✦ Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order is dispatched.
- ✦ For international orders, tracking may show limited updates while in transit between countries — this is normal.
- ✦ If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us immediately at care@woolisi.com.au.
Cross-Border Orders
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your destination country's customs authority. Please be aware of the following:
- ✦Customer Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Woolisi has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
- ✦Delays: Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. These delays are outside our control.
- ✦Refused Delivery: If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds in such cases will be for the product value only, excluding any shipping costs paid.
- ✦Accurate Documentation: We accurately declare all shipment values on customs documentation as required by law. We cannot falsify customs declarations or mark items as "gifts" to avoid duties.
We've Got You Covered
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, once a parcel is handed to the carrier, it is subject to their handling. Here is what to do if something goes wrong:
📦 Damaged on Arrival
Take photos of the damaged package and item immediately upon receipt and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
❓ Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
🚨 Stolen Package
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then contact us — we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
To report any issue, please email care@woolisi.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
Double-Check Before You Order
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Woolisi is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- ✦Address Correction Requests: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at care@woolisi.com.au. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- ✦Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
- ✦Unclaimed Packages: Packages unclaimed at the carrier's depot or post office may be returned or destroyed after the carrier's holding period. Woolisi is not responsible for packages disposed of by the carrier after the holding period expires.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain events beyond our control may cause unexpected delays. These include:
- ✦ Natural disasters, severe weather events, or pandemics
- ✦ Carrier strikes, labor disruptions, or port closures
- ✦ Customs delays, regulatory inspections, or government restrictions
- ✦ High volume periods such as holiday seasons, sale events, or global supply chain disruptions
- ✦ Flight cancellations or transport infrastructure issues
